Pendry Residences is the private residential extension of Pendry Hotels & Resorts, offered by Montage International. The brand translates the parent's hospitality posture into a turnkey living experience, anchored in architectural character. We partnered with EGG Office and the Pendry team to build the residential identity across every resident-facing surface. Scope: visual identity and messaging framework, a full suite of residential brand guidelines, art direction for photography and videography by The Ingalls, sales and marketing collateral, advertising campaigns, ongoing communications, and environmental graphics and signage.
