Pendry Residences is the private residential extension of Pendry Hotels & Resorts, offered by Montage International. The brand translates signature Pendry hospitality into a refined, turnkey living experience rooted in architectural character and deeply personalized service.
We partnered with EGG Office and the Pendry team to build the residential brand across every resident-facing touchpoint. Our scope included a comprehensive visual identity and messaging framework, a full suite of residential brand guidelines, and art direction for photography and videography by The Ingalls. We also developed sales and marketing collateral, advertising campaigns, ongoing residential communications, and branded environmental graphics and signage.
